Cerimonia di consegna negli stabilimenti Piaggio Aereo Industries di Genova del primo P.180 alla divisione "Executive Blue" di Blue Panorama Airlines. Si tratta del primo aeromobile dei due commissionati dal vettore che, al fianco dei suoi operativi charter e di linea, ha strategicamente deciso di puntare anche sul servizio di "aerotaxi".
Basati a Roma Ciampino, i due P.180 di "Executive Blue" opereranno guardando principalmente alla domanda del centro-sud ma ovviamente saranno disponibili a richiesta su tutto il territorio nazionale e sulle principali destinazioni europee. Con l'arrivo del primo P.180, presto seguito dal secondo, la flotta di Blue Panorama Airlines disporrà di 9 aeromobili: oltre al P 180, 3 Boeing 767-300ER (ai quali in autunno si aggiungerà un quarto) e 5 Boeing 737-400.

With a delivery event at the Piaggio Aereo Industries plants in Genoa (Italy), "Executive Blue" - a division of Blue Panorama Airlines - received its first P.180 twin-turboprop aircraft. A second P.180 will be delivered soon to the Italian airline, which is going to add a dedicated business transport activity to its well established scheduled and charter passenger services.
Both the P.180 aircraft will be based at the Rome/Ciampino airport; "Executive Blue" focuses its commercial effort on the opportunities offered by the aerotaxi market in the Central-Southern area of Italy. With the delivery of the first Italian manufactured business aircraft, the overall fleet of Blue Panorama Airlines rises to 9 aircraft, including 3 Boeing 767-300ERs (a fourth of the type will be put in service later in the year) and five B.737-400 airliners.
