The 20th Connect Aviation "business to business" event in Turin

From 7 to 9 February 2024 the twentieth edition of the Connect Aviation show, organized by The Airport Agency, took place in the Lingotto Fiere buildings. The "business to business" event brought together the representatives of airlines, airports and tourism agencies all over Europe to define new routes and strategies. Piedmont picked up the baton during the 2023 edition in Tanger (Morocco).

Thanks to the efforts of the VisitPiemonte agency, local tourism organizations and various entities involved in the tourism supply chain, exclusive excursions were organized for many airline delegates to explore the particuliarities of the Piedmont area.

While COVID has left its mark on the aviation sector, the Connect event was invaluable as an aid to rebuilding global networks and connecting destinations. Now in its 20th year, Connect Aviation has been a great occasion for anyone seeking to promote its region to high-level executives from airlines, airports, tourism authorities and industry suppliers.

The Connect Aviation forum aimed to increase the knowledge of Piedmont to some 600 foreign delegates and managers of international airlines. During Connect Aviation a series of conferences provided crucial industry analyses and updates to specific aspects of the air transportation at a worldwide level.
