From January 2024, for unmentioned reasons, the Aero Club Biella transferred their flight activities to Turin/Aeritalia airport far from their natural base at Biella/Cerrione airport. Accordingly the aircraft coming from Biella filled the already crowded hangars of the Aeritalia airport. These aircraft include the Piper PA-30-160 I-VEBA, the Piper PA-28R-200 Arrow II I-PELE, the Cessna A 152 Aerobat I-AMDC and the Cessna F 152 I-AVIV manufactured in France by Reims Aviation. The Turin area is already hosting the flight training schools of the Aero Club Turin and the Caselle-based Turin Flying Academy.
