Il 20th FW è uno dei reparti dell'ACC (Air Combat Command) che utilizza gli F-16CJ, la variante del Night Falcon block 50D/52D specificatamente sviluppata per svolgere autonomamente missioni anti-radar con missili HARM (High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile). Sul lato destro della presa d'aria è installato il pod HTS ASQ-213.
Il Night Hawk blocco 50D/52D è dotato di propulsori IPE (Improved Performance Engine) Pratt & Whitney F-100-PW-229 oppure General Electric F110 GE-129 entrambi in grado di erogare, con postbruciatore, oltre 129kN.

Block 50D/52D are powered by IPE (Improved Performance Engine) Pratt & Whitney F-100-PW-229 or General Electric F110 GE-129, both providing over 129kN in afterburner.
