Pilatus PC-6/B2-H4 Turbo Porter D-FROH della K&D Aviation operato dall’Accademia di Paracadutismo - Area Delta 47. Casale Monferrato, 1 giugno 2026. E’ uno dei tanti PC-6/A1-H2 Porter con motore a pistoni successivamente modificato con l’installazione di una turbina PT6A-27. Costruito nel 1967 com numero di costruzione 654 e marche di collaudo HB-FDT, fu inizialmente impiegato dall’Aero Club d'Alsace con marche F-BSTF. La Pilatus lo convertì in Turbo Porter nel 2003 e fu usato dalla Skydive Westerwald con l’attuale identità tedesca fino al 2018. A Casale Monferrato, per portare in quota i paracadutisti, sono stati usati vari altri aeromobili come il Turbo Porter HB-FIS e HB-FFW, il Technoavia SMG-92 Turbo Finist HA-YDI, lo Short SC.7 Skyvan 3M OY-SUY e il Let L-410 Turbolet OM-LHB. Pilatus PC-6/B2-H4 Turbo Porter D-FROH of K&D Aviation operated by “Accademia di Paracadutismo - Area Delta 47”. Casale Monferrato Airport, June 1, 2026. It is one of several PC-6/A1-H2 Porters with a piston engine, later modified with the installation of a PT6A-27 turbine. Built in 1967 with construction number 654 and test marks HB-FDT, it was initially used by the Aero Club d'Alsace with the registration F-BSTF. Pilatus converted it into a Turbo Porter in 2003 and it was used by Skydive Westerwald, until 2018, under its current German identity. At Casale Monferrato, various other aircraft were used to carry skydivers to altitude, such as the Turbo Porter HB-FIS and HB-FFW, the Technoavia SMG-92 Turbo Finist HA-YDI, the Short SC-7 Skyvan 3M OY-SUY and the Let L-410 Turbolet OM-LHB.
