Minerva Fatal Crash

On February 25th, a Minerva Airlines Dornier 328 (D-CPRR), landing at the Genoa "Cristoforo Colombo" airport, ran off the runway, struck a low perimetrical wall and went into the sea, causing four fatalities between the 32 people on board.
The aircraft, taking part in the Alitalia Express activity, was operating scheduled flight AZ1553 from Cagliari (Sardinia). An Inquiry commission has been set up to define the causes of the accident.
