Sino Swearingen Aircraft Corporation ha annunciato che il proprio SJ30-2 ha superato le importanti prove di pressurizzazione richieste dalla FAA, portando la cabina del velivolo al limite di 31,40 PSI. Questo notevole risultato conferma il limite operativo annuciato per il nuovo aereo executive, che è "soltanto" di 12 PSI a 49.000 piedi (quasi 15.000 metri) di altitudine.
Una elevata pressurizzazione è il fattore chiave per maggiori livelli di comfort, riduzione della fatica e dei tipici malesseri dell'alta quota, compresa la spiacevole sensazione dovuta al cambio di fuso orario. Con la pressurizzazione a 12 PSI, la cabina dell'SJ30-2 rimane al livello del mare fino ad una quota di crociera di 41.000 piedi (12.500 metri). A quella massima di 49.000 piedi, i passegegri avranno la sensazione di trovarsi a poco più di 500 metri di altezza. Nessun altro aereo promette un simile livello di comfort grazie alla pressurizzazione.

Sino Swearingen Aircraft Corporation announced that it has passed the ultra critical FAA pressurization tests on the SJ30-2 aircraft fuselage to the limit of 31.40 PSI. The successful outcome of this decisive test meets the requirements for the advertised pressurization of 12 psi and 49,000 ft. altitude.
Higher pressurization is a key factor for increased comfort levels, in reducing fatigue, drowsiness, tired feelings, staying alert, easier breathing, more oxygen in each breath and possibly even reducing jet lag. With pressurization of 12 psi the SJ30-2 cabin comfort will be at Sea Level while cruising at 41,000 ft. At the maximum altitude of 49,000 ft the cabin will be at an incredibly comfortable 1,800 ft. No other aircraft cabin has this amazing standard of pressurization comfort.
