The Thunderbirds in Italy

During its 1996 European deployment (1-13 July), the USAF aerobatic team Thunderbirds performed its only Italian exhibition, on 3rd July 1996, in occasion of the Aviano air base Family Day.
The outstanding US aerobatic team confronted itself with the Italian Air Force aerobatic team Frecce Tricolori in front of about 10,000 people attending the show.
The Thunderbirds F-16Cs serial numers are the following: 86-0041, 87-0303, 87-0305, 87-0313, 87-0319, 87-0323, 87-0325, 87-0327, 87-0329, 87-0331, 87-0381.
