Volare Airlines is Back

On June 1, 2005, Volare Airlines of Italy started again its activity, after the financial collapse occurred in 2004. The initial fleet is now formed by two leased Airbus A 320-212 airliners (F-OHFR/F-OHFU) operated on a network of flights from Milan/Linate to Bari and Naples (two daily services), Brindisi and Catania (daily). Air Europe, the other brand of Volare Group, started again its activity on December 27, 2004, operating a single B.767-300ER flying towards long-range leisure travel destinations.
